All parcels except being made cards and vouchers are posted via royal mails business tracked service.

The postage you pay includes the packaging and a secure tracked service with compensation up to £100

via their 48 hour service.

 

This means, although you do not need to sign for your parcel, the parcel is tracked all the way to your door.

As opposed to our usual recorded delivery service which only requires a signature but the parcels whereabouts are not known during transit.

 

We feel this is the safest way for your items to reach you.

 

Please note we cannot return ashes this way.

 

We will still have other postage options available, ie special delivery for urgent or larger orders or courier  or collection.

 

Postage is £4.95 up to £100 £6.95 over £100

 

Vouchers postage will be £1.95 1st class  (extra paid postage will be refunded as usual)
