Your paper order form



If you cannot open the PDF format please include the following information with your parcel:

Name, Email, Address to post to, wrist size if known, special instructions ie name on tag, colour choices. If you would like hair or ashes to be returned.


Payment can be made via the website using any credit or debit card or PayPal account,

You do not need a PayPal account but please still click checkout with PayPal then follow the non account holder instructions.


Your form will come up after you check out but if you are sending hair to see what items can be made please use the form below.


If you are not ordering via the website:


Please read the cutting hair section of the website then send your hair in a padded envelope securely tired.

Please put ashes inside a resealable bag then into a padded envelope as these can be damaged in the post if not packed appropriately.


Paying by Cheque:



Apologies but we no longer accept cheques. You can however pay via BACS - bank transfer - just email for details.





Turnaround 4-6 Weeks generally.  Can be as little as 3 weeks at quieter times.




Please see details below regarding hallmarking of your pieces, anything under certain weight's (see poster) is hallmark exempt. If your hand made piece needs to be hallmarked , due to the nature of the design incorporating resins and hair/ashes it may take longer whilst it is sent away to be stamped.
