I firstly want to start by saying thank you to those of you who ordered and are patiently waiting for your parcels. I have always trusted RM to deliver my important mail and to date the parcels have turned up, every time even if late, and thats in 10 years!
However, the current strikes are causing so many problems this coupled with an apparent scanning problem meant a lot of your mail is still saying ' its been posted' and no other updates. I am following these up with RM and any outstanding are still in the system just not delivered yet so cannot be classed as lost.
So far some parcels have taken 15 working days and we still have more strike days to come so factors affecting the delay can be varied and some depots are still working whilst others arent it seems.
This is the current state of many postal depots. I am still confident and as of Tuesday 13th December, the majority of these late parcels arrived with the customers. The rest should follow but when this is I cannot say.
I will contact all customers in the New Year re any non arrivals when enough time has been given for delivery to you.
